I am pleased at the opportunity to plug one of my favorite local businesses, the Deli Boy sub shop. Actually, there are two locations -- one in Duluth (in the strip that sits between Peachtree Ind., Pleasant Hill, and McClure Bridge) and one in Lawrenceville (at Hwy. 29 and Sugarloaf). If you like subs, you will not be disappointed at Deli Boy. The quality of the ingredients is very good, and there are plenty of them. Not only that, but the bread is terrific. (I think they make it fresh, not sure about that.) As if that weren't enough, the owners (Tom and Barbara) are great people. They spend nearly all their time at the Lawrenceville location (unfortunately for me, since I live in Duluth). Introduce yourself -- you'll be glad you did.
